Thank you COPFOX for bringing this information to light.
As a young woman, I am very leery of Police Officers and believe they take advantage of both woman and young boys for their sexual gratification. A COP DNA Database would certainly help in locating these rapists and putting them behind bars. It is especially alarming to see how many Chiefs of Police are arrested and charged with rape, sodomy, and other criminal acts. That is why it is so important to include them in the COP DNA Database.

    • I am a 15-year-old girl and in high school. Our school has School Resource Officers who are Police Officers. I try to avoid them since they are constantly staring at the young girls and making crude comments. These disgusting old men are perverted. A School Resource Officer in a nearby school was recently arrested for raping one of the girls in the school. She is only 13 years old. He banged her in the back of his patrol car in the school parking lot. By the time they located him and got his DNA she was 8 months pregnant!

        Teen Girl Fears Cop Rape

My parents often warn me about the dangers of speaking with cops, and how they will rape children. As a young teen girl, I am very concerned about the type of people I associate with and definitely don’t want to get cop raped. It is hard to believe that this guy DeAngelo raped so many women and nobody could figure out who he was. But that is how cops cover up their own crimes. It’s very sad.

        • Thank you, Cathy, for your comments and observations.

            New Technologies Must Be Utilized
Police Officer DeAngelo certainly did a number on his victims in California and got away with it for forty years. I can only imagine how many similar cops are lurking out there in the dark who prey on innocent people. Collecting a DNA sample from them would only take a minute. Any hair or saliva sample would suffice. I hope Congress or the State Legislatures will take quick action to effectuate the collection process and keep citizens safe from these predators.

I am in favor of establishing a COP DNA Database but it must include all law enforcement personnel including Police Chiefs, Superintendents of State Police, the Director of the FBI, etc. My concern is that those corrupt cops running various police agencies will attempt to exempt and exclude themselves from such a database in order to conceal their own past crimes. Remember, such a database would be able to compare police officer DNA with cold cases from many years past when these Police Chiefs were most likely to engage in nefarious activities. There should be no exclusion or exemptions to requiring that ALL law enforcement personnel have their DNA entered into the COP DNA Database!

    • Good point.
Look at what has happened in the FBI, where they allowed Hillary Clinton to commit various crimes and not even be indicted. How corrupt can you get? The FBI has lost all credibility; and now we see the FBI, DOJ, Strzok, and Page withholding evidence and information from Congress. Corruption permeates these organizations!

      Corrupt FBI Agent Peter Strzok

      • Elizabeth Wilson | July 15, 2018 at 12:16 pm |

My only comment regarding the FBI and Strzok pertains to his level of dishonesty and inability to admit his bias in handling the Clinton investigation. When someone like this is in charge of the FBI then we know that those within the organization are being contaminated by his conduct. They too will appear in Court and perjure themselves in order to conceal their illegal acts. At this point, the FBI is considered by many to be a third rate organization and a shell of its previous identity and commitment to integrity.

The COPFOX post on consolidating the FBI, TSA, and ICE is something Congress should look into. Many of the functions of the FBI should be transferred into a newly established MI-6 type of agency, which would report directly to Congress, not bureaucrats in Washington!

        • Trump is starting a SPACE FORCE, why can’t he start an “MI-6?”

COPFOX believes President Trump will take a serious look at the FBI once the smoke clears on the Mueller Investigation, which by now is being regarded as nothing but a witchhunt. Mueller’s team recently indicted 12 Russians for interfering with the election, but that has nothing to do with the mandate of the investigation. Right now, Mueller is all show and wants to continue his activities right up to the November election in order to favor the Democrats. It seems like Strzok and Mueller have a lot in common.

The American People are hoping that President Trump will reorganize the FBI and establish a new organization like MI-6 to handle all foreign intelligence investigations such as Russian meddling.

When Police Officers attend the academy they are given a physical and a blood sample is taken to determine if they have any types of contagious diseases. That would be the ideal time to enter their DNA into a COP DNA Database. For those already on the job, either a hair or saliva sample would suffice for an adequate DNA sample. This is something that should have been done years ago for the protection of society.

I believe the reason that so many cops don’t want a COP DNA Database is they know their DNA may be matched to DNA evidence gathered from a crime they committed. There are tens of thousands of “cold cases” across the United States where a rape or murder has occurred and no arrest or conviction has been made because there is no DNA match.

Typically, when a police officer rapes a woman or young boy, their residual DNA is gathered from the woman’s vagina or boys anus and preserved in a rape kit. However, if the perpetrating cops DNA is not in a Database, they walk away scot-free. So many crimes can be solved with such a simple solution. What a shame that we allow cops to commit such crimes and not hold them accountable!

      • A COP DNA Database would not only solve many rape cases, but it would also be useful in locating cops who commit burglaries. Based upon recent forensic studies, we now know that every time someone enters a room they leave trace evidence behind, this often includes hair, skin, and bodily fluids. Cops who burglarize homes when they are on patrol can easily be identified if there DNA is in a Database.

Just as some additional information, I heard recently about a case just outside Denver where a cop burglarized a home and defecated in the toilet and left it for the homeowners. According to some forensic investigative reports, this is a common feature of cop burglaries – often they will defecate, urinated or ejaculate in someone’s home when they are not there in order to leave a “signature” for the homeowner. They know that their DNA is not in any database and feel emboldened.

I believe it’s only a matter of time before a Cop DNA Database will be a reality. There are just too many cops committing heinous crimes to have them wandering around the streets without any means of connecting them to a crime scene. Such safeguards are necessary today considering the sexual perversions of many cops!

I live in New York City and the Police here are so corrupt that most citizens don’t want anything to do with them. For decades they have been framing people and giving false testimony in court, and the stupid Judges fall for their lies. Is it any wonder that so many are being shot day in and day out.

  5. Rose Blanchard | July 13, 2018 at 11:59 pm |

Thank you COPFOX for the great information.
I live in a small town and hear so many bad things about the Police here. Now I know why we have to keep our doors locked at night and our shades drawn. Cops like this guy DeAngelo are everywhere and nobody is doing anything to locate them.

      Your right Rose!
Cops like DeAngelo are everywhere today and often they are hired because of their links to a corrupt Police Administration. Today, it is up to every citizen to keep themselves safe and not rely on law enforcement. Indeed, calling law enforcement will often exacerbate a situation and make you a target because any information you give them will be on file in the PD and potentially set you up for a burglary, rape or some other type of crime.

Many cops are opportunity criminals that take advantage of weaker elements of society such as women and children. For this reason, it is always a good idea to keep a weapon inside your home for self-protection, making sure you abide by all laws pertaining to purchase, concealment and use. If you cannot afford a handgun or shotgun, then a large kitchen knife can be very useful if your home is broken into by a Police Officer!

Why is the US Government so slow at adopting new technologies to protect citizens, such as a COP DNA Database?

        • Thank you, Millicent, for your comment and question.

The US Government and it’s law enforcement departments recognize that by reducing crime they eliminate the need for many of their services. Law enforcement and criminal organizations have a symbiotic relationship which reinforces the perpetual existence of each other. Like a host and parasite, they survive by keeping each other alive. By now it is difficult to distinguish which is the host and which is the parasite because they have become so closely entwined and entrenched in each others operations that they are inseparable.

Many elements of US law enforcement are now working with and directly for criminal drug cartels, pimps, and terrorist organizations. Their rationale for such cooperations is the fact they get paid much better by criminals than by the DEA, FBI, CBP, or local yokel police departments. Indeed, but for this cooperation, many drug cartels, pimps, and terrorist organizations would be out of business. Is it any wonder they don’t want a COP DNA Database – which could link US law enforcement to so many nefarious activities?

I think the US State Department is an integral part of the criminal enterprise between terrorists and the US government. They have imported tens of thousands of immigrants (many of whom are terrorists) and deposited them in small rural communities across America (Boise, Lewiston, etc.) Financing their relocation with money, housing, food, and benefits all on the taxpayer’s dime, and left them to fester and grow into mature criminal gangs. Once they drop these criminals and terrorists into these small communities they walk away and lose track of their activities and associations. Similarly, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE for years under Obama let hundreds of thousands of criminals cross the southern border under a “Catch and Release” program; issuing these criminal aliens court appearance papers, which were meaningless.

Needless to say, Obama’s ruse allowed these criminal aliens to stay in the US forever. Ninety percent of them never appeared in court and are now on the loose in cities across America. A vast majority of those they released are criminals presently wanted in Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and El Salvador; and now they are perpetrating all types of crimes in the US under assumed identities. The US Government doesn’t have a clue as to who they are or where they live. How stupid can you get?

Indeed, US Law Enforcement is now an integral part of the criminal class in America. For many years it has cooperated with gangs and terrorists; allowing them easy entry over the borders. Often this involves payout and gifts to border patrol agents as well as local politicians; who eagerly look the other way as these aliens navigate their way across the Rio Grande. Otherwise, America would not be having the crime problem/epidemic it now has, as well as criminals in unprecedented numbers! We can thank Obam, Congress, the local politicians and law enforcement for selling out and filling their pockets with some quick cash. It has been proven that Mexico’s economy is now dependent on cash from drug deals made in America, which the US politicians get their cut before it travels south across the border!

    Great article.
Let’s get a COP DNA Database started right away. I fear the cops and know they will harm me if I am alone with them. As a nineteen-year-old woman, I avoid them at all cost. They are creepy sexual perverts.

    • I am the mother of four teenage girls and constantly tell my children to stay away from the Police. We hear about so many of them raping young girls and woman that you really can’t trust any of them. I think that it is a sign of the times – so many Police Chiefs are caught with prostitutes and molesting young boys. We can’t be too careful today when protecting our children.

Every parent should read your COP MUG SHOTS website.
It’s truly frightening to know that this type of cop is out there.

          Corrupt cops are everywhere today.
Society is primarily to blame by allowing police officers to abuse the law and take advantage of people when they are in vulnerable situations. Many cops are psychotic and manifest a variety of mental disorders. However, they are able to disguise their condition because interactions with the public are brief and normally of limited scope. Consequently, cops can wait for the ideal moment to commit rape or murder
